This is the grand daddy list of every Ochoco Beer that has been available. Some of these are brewed regularly and some may never again see the light of day.
ABV: Alcohol by volume
IBU: International Bittering Units; bittering units are a measurement by the Alpha acid content in of the hops used and how long they are boiled in the beer.
Malt: Barley that has been harvested and prepared for the brewing process
Hops: Small herbal flower known for bittering qualities. Popularized in beer in the last 5 centuries.
Yeast: Microorganism responsible for fermentation of beer and wine. Yeast eats sugar, burps out CO2 and alcohol.
ALE: Any beer using a top-fermenting yeast at room temp (68ish degress). Brews in 10-21days Eg. India Pale Ale, Amber Ale, Copper Ale, Pale Ale, Stout, Porter, Brown Ale
Lager: Any beer using a bottom fermenting yeast at cool temperatures. Stored at very cold temp for an extended period of time for clarity. EG. Coors, Bud, Pilsner Urquell, Bock beers.
